built in 1876, set within 21/2 acres of wooded grounds including
a charming English Country Garden. All the grounds are available
for guests to enjoy.
There is a delightful sunny double bedroom, with en suite bathroom
and shower which overlooks the gardens and surrounding countryside.
The
very comfortable
twin beds can be made up as a double if requested.
Breakfast is served in the original Victorian Roundel formally
used for drying hops, and includes home made preserves and local
produce.

houses and gardens.
10mins from Sissinghurst Gardens,
20mins
from Leeds Castle and 30mins from Great Dixter to name but a few.
Situated just 40 minutes from the Channel Tunnel, 20
minutes from Ashford International and just 15 min from Headcorn,
Pluckley and Charing Stations.
There are many good pubs and Restaurants close by and if you enjoy
Golf, both Chart Hills and Weald of Kent golf
courses are just 4 miles away.

Directions From M20:-
From junction 8 on M20, follow signs to Leeds Castle. Pass though
Leeds and turn left onto A274 towards Headcorn and Sutton Valance.
After Headcorn take first turning left to Smarden. At T junction
(or at cross road if you take 2nd. left) turn left to Pluckley.
Pass the Bell Pub on right, pass Rosemary Lane on left, Hereford
Oast
is
the 4th. house on left after Rosemary Lane, exactly 1 mile (1.6klms)
after pub.
Directions from Smarden:-
From middle of Smarden, take Water Lane, which is in-between the Checkers Pub
and the Art Gallery. At T junction at the end of the road, turn right to Pluckley,
pass Rosemary Lane on left, we are the 4th. house on the left.
